The Persona 5 (Ps3 version) using an Emulator looks WAAAAY better than this.

That is all well and good, but I can drastically improve the resolution by simply taking my glasses off for a half hour and then putting them back on again. The effect is also quite immediate: everything achieves flawless graphic fidelity and optimal resolution.

You can also increase this version to 4k-8k by simply increasing the render resolution above 100% when playing at your currents monitor resolution in the games setting. Like I run at 4k default and render at 200% boom 8k. Also increasing resolution in emulators creates artifacting in gameplay effects and cut scenes. Dont get me wrong I fully support emulations but this point is moot.
