Do I need to play previous Persona to understand or like this game ?
I don't want to play all the game before..

No. There are small references but none have any impact on the actual plot of the game.

Every Persona game (with the exception of P2 and its direct sequel) is a standalone experience, aside from really minor references (such as a character in a poster or slight comments in the Velvet Room), there's nothing that links the characters and events from P1-4 to P5.

So no, you really don't have to play every Persona game to enjoy P5R.

Keep in mind, however, that P5 Strikers is considered the official sequel to P5's story.

I always advise to start with 5. It has few story moments that work much better when you are not familiar with previous games.

1 and 2 are effectively ignored by the community at large, and 3 had the cut down version released on steam, but I'd recommend at least playing P4G before 5. It's on steam, and there's a few references in 5 to that game.
