Fare Adjustment Machine in Mementos

So, despite having cleared this game three times, I never knew of this device when scouring Mementos... And I've never seen any guide even mention it. How did such a mechanic go practically unseen for this long? Heck, aside from running into one myself, I've only seen it mentioned on Reddit a couple of times...

Can you elaborate what that machine is all about? There indeed doesn't seem to be any information about it online unless it's in some super shady place I haven't bothered to check, I think having it explained on steam would be great.

well most guides for this game are half assed tbh unless it's made by some veterans on gamefaqs. Although I already know this from vanilla, crazy how it's now busted in Royal thanks to Jose's enhancement lmfao. It's also why I never made coffee and curries anymore lol.

It's the ATM machine-thingy near Mementos' stairs it will glow when you use third eye, there's a chance it will give you SP recoveries when you break them. you can easily farm it by going up and down stairs.

maybe it's well hidden? I mean most players including myself will just run to Mona car and explore the flooe instantly? Yeah it's kinda broken thanks to Jose stamps for early game

Yeah, it's a bit hidden since you're always staring at the Mona-mobile when you enter the floor, and the machine will be partly hidden behind the first pillar - and let's be real here, no sane person is going to activate Third Eye until they're in the van.

NGL it's probably the dumbest mechanic I've ever seen... especially given how useful it is.
