P5R is the worst rng game

I even can`t survive first round - after my first attack the second boss just focus me and I'm dead instantly. Is this how it`s suppose to be played? To wait 5-20 retries until the rng is good?

What level are you and what difficulty are you on? Because this is definitely not supposed to happen.
I will admit there were times where Joker was one-shot at full health while I was playing Merciless, to the point I felt forced to use Orpheus persona for his trait of surviving up to 4 fatal hits per battle, but it wasn't as common as you're making it sound. So yeah, please elaborate.

I've played on Hard and then after spending like 2 hours on second boss I've switched it to Normal but the same thing over and over is happening to me.

But now it`s not the first but until someone is weak - then I'm in 10\10 times dead

Unless you're playing on hard, you're either super underleveled or doing something wrong. Madarame doesn't have any one shot kill abilities. He's got debuffs, but it comes down to either 1. You're letting him lower your defense and not doing anything to fix it. Or 2. You're so underleveled that he's killing you with basic attacks. You either need to go grind and get your stats up or change your strategy with some new moves or personas.

I would bet on new personas, choose some with few or none elemental weakness and try to use itens/skills to eliminate/prevent status debufs.

I do not know what happenned at first few hours of bossing, but I've took one day to grind mementos, get yosuke 18 lvl (he was 17) with his vicious strike, get non-weak for elem persona and everything went super easy, the boss even don`t land on me 1 hit

Also don't discount the humble guard ability. I almost always have Joker block when a bos is about to use a strong attack, whether I think he can tank it or not (unless I'm using a persona that is immune of course). Taking a turn to just block when you need to is a lot stronger than people give it credit for, I think.
