Which intro is better P5 or P5R

I recently listened to persona 5’s original opening theme and after going back to royal I thought it’s theme was leagues below the original. But hey I wanna see what other people think, maybe it’s just an unpopular opinion

Intro? Original. It's classier. Music? Can't say... Both are great

I can't pick a favorite honestly. Both have their strengths and weaknesses.
In terms of music, i listened to the original opening's music in my free time more than royal's opening music, it just stays in my head more. But when it comes to everything else, I can't choose.
Then again, when it comes to P4, I prefer P4's opening music over P4G's, yet P4G is the only opening I never skipped so I must like that one more. So music isn't that important.

still P5R intro slightly better, +1 for P5 intro because it has Haru swallow a lollipop, except for start menu screen P5 absolutely wins

OG opening is just iconic, song and all. New one's song is ehhhhh and animation is extremely choppy and low quality so I think answer is clear. As for soundtracks, Royal adds some really great songs like final boss theme, I believe, maruki office theme, jazz club theme, it's all top notch stuff.
