Acess to Third semester

rd semester ey guys. I Saw the requirements to the New content.

U need to rank up some confidants etc etc.

My question for those who finished the game with the 3rd semester is simples.

Do u lose a Lot of time ranking this confidants and skills needed? Because i feel that i Will lose a lot of chances to hang out with other confidants. Not gonna have as much time to do some ativities and stuff. Looks like i Will need to Focus a Lot on the requirements to appreciate the New content.

This for me is kinda annoying because i dint play persona 5 normal but locking people out of the New content is kinda... Nonsense? Because for people who does not have 90 hours to play and play again (like me who Works 10hrs per day) If u missed the 3rd semester is hard.

Can someone give me some feedback on this? Not even date one of the waifus im worried That im not gonna have time for It hahaha

I almost got all Confidants to Rank 10 by the end of the 3rd semester. In fact I was literally ONE DAY off for ONE CONFIDANT. I played very sub-optimally and I almost got them all, so no you don't lose a lot of time and the confidant in question has the latter few ranks time-gated, so you won't have to do all of them at once. Only one confidant needs to be maxed to get access to the Third Semester, while the other two related ones don't have to be, but net bonuses if you do. (Keep in mind one of them caps at Rank 5 until then and the other only has to be Rank 8, the final two being automatic at a story event.)

Also as for dating, it's literally the same as friendship except you pick a specific option or two during the Rank 9 scenes.

In my first playthrough since i used answer guide to advance confidant rank to pick most points (i still decided how i spend in-game time, not using a guide for this), i ended up wasting my time to get fishing god badge in my first playthrough, tbh P5R has much much a lot free time in-game if u played P4G, so even if u have a job u still can manage to get 3rd semester.

Btw P5R is more faster than P4G by in-game daily activity, in P4G i will daily catch bugs daytime / night then check MC's locker including check bathroom at school if there's free item there and on night doing some gardening, but P5R only check plant to Noir / ask Fox to duplicate skill card, on night there's no daily activity also check lottery ONLY if it's time to claim, maybe on night u can brew coffee/make curry but i only do these once also washing sooty armor i have done it to get at least 1 of them so there's nothing to do on night beside doing confidant/go to jazz jin club, so what i want to say u can make your game faster just doing confidant, but yeah run another NG+ do get 3rd semester again is time wasting, hopefully even in my first run i managed to maximize all confidant rank, ofc max all stats social, get all 3rd tier party members which was i can't manage on my first run of P4G, max all baton pass rank including technical damage rank, so P5R is much much better of time management if the player knows what to do in-game.

However i left bath cage in my first run, i hate that baseball thing minigame i am prefer fishing minigame since i get used to it on P4G, i only go to jazz jin club to get important skills especially for oracle in my first run not for party member stats, so in first playthrough to managed everything to 3rd semester u can't gone for everything and again i decided all of these by myself and not a guide except answer when advancing confidant rank.

I got all confidants to level 10 that were possible to max out before the end of the second semester with a few weeks left over as well. It is definitely possible.
Including the 2 requirements for the third trimester.

Always carry the right persona to get more point. Use a guide for the right answers. The fortune SL can you help to raise the others when needed.

I maxed out all the confidants in early December. It is not very hard. Only Maruki is required to unlock the 3rd semester.

I maxed all confidants before unlocking the third semester, the fomo is there but you'll be fine.
