Disable speech bubble effect?

Just wondered if this is possible.. there's so much going on that I sometimes wished for a bit less action animation wise when navigating menus and dialogues.

There is application you can download, for mods, I think you can mod the files but it sounds a little complicated.

With the app I don't think so, but it's to hard to get all of them. I have all on ps4, and now one here too. It was my first platinum

Oh my, I mean, if you have the time I'd appreciate it, but I think I've gotten used to the sensory overload that is Persona 5 by now, so it's not necessary :D I got so used to P4G's design that the flashy look of P5R took some time getting used to, but it's gotten better.
