Achievement won't trigger

I currently have all of the achievements for P5R minus the one to clean up in LeBlanc. I have tried it a few times through the span of two different playthroughs, but it still won't trigger. Is anyone else having this problem or know of a fix?

And yes, I do know that this achievement is for Cleaning up downstairs (kindness required) by going into the bathroom and not when Joker first cleans the attic.

The LeBlanc Buffer achievement? I think I got that one from cleaning up on the first available opportunity, was pretty early on in the game I believe, when I got the option.

When you say two different playthroughs, are those NG+ games, or like starting a brand new save file game?

My first playthrough was just the brand new save file, I only tried once and when I did my achievement clean-up, I was too late to do it. The other few attempts were in NG+.

Gotcha...hmm..wonder if it is a hiccup in NG+ not recognizing the achievement. If you start a brand new game, new save file, and try for the achievement as soon as its offered, would that work? (or have you tried that already?)

I'll give that a try. It's pretty early on that I got to try it, 4/19, IIRC.

I'll give that a try. It's pretty early on that I got to try it, 4/19, IIRC.

Yeah, that sounds about right. :) If it doesn't work, I could also try sharing one of my save files after I got the achievement, and that might trigger it to pop if you load the save on yours.

It will not. That will only make sure it will never trigger.

Okay, it seems that starting a whole fresh file and playing until 4/18 to clean did the trick. Thanks for suggestions, I just wonder why it didn't trigger the first time.
