Yusuke Third Awakening, Can't Talk to Him at The Under-Walkway

So, i got the trigger for the third awakening roughly yesterday. He said want to talk like everyone else. but for some reason, I can't talk to him on any day at any time.

Anybody got the same problem? cause even after a weak in-game, i checked everywhere at any time and yusuke just said "i need to concentrate right now..."

Teammate’s coop event doesn’t happen if you start the current palace already and haven’t find the way to the treasure. So finish the palace first. Also, some coop events don’t happen when the weather is bad.

I already secured the route to Maruki palace, but still can't talk to Yusuke

Just took a look at wiki and these are the dates when Yusuke is avaliable:

Jan 13th, 16th, 22nd, 24th, 25th, 27th - 29th, 31st - Feb 2nd.

alright, im at 27th but Yusuke only have the 3 dots on top of his head.
