I can't find Ryuji...

Hi everyone,
I'm currently in the Royal exclusive content, at the 18th of January but I can't seem to find Ryuji anywhere! He's not outside of class nor the arcade and I have him at rank 7 so I really need to go out with him to get to rank 10 before the end of the game. Suggestions?
