Romance Question (Maxing Social)

Do you need to be in a relationship with the girl to reach their last social rank? I know you can romance every girl and have the cut scene. I'm only in June but have reached lvl 9 on a couple.

one time choice. It's just a couple of date scenes though so you don't miss anything really.

You can be in a relationship with Ann super early, but nobody acknowledges it, and there are no repercussions for romancing multiple people until after you have beaten the game.

Pretty much. Also you get an achievement for dating everybody in one playthrough.

no, u can reach all rank 10 confidant w/o romance. Romance also not change main story, romance only added some special scene with your romance such as christmas or valentine and u can skip entirely if u wish to.
