Free Camera mod?

Does anyone know if there's something like that in the works?
There was a free camera mod for the RPCS3 emulator back in the day. It was a bit wonky to control, but it did the job.
Now with the PC release I was hoping someone would port it or make it from scratch, but all I see in modding threads are dudes desperate to play as girls...
I want to take a ton of screenshots from the different locations in the city. The HUD toggler available at Nexus is a good start, but the camera is a bit difficult to work with

Can you really get a lot of different angles with a free camera? Given it's PS3 origins I figured stray off the normal view at all and it's just going to be low detail or no rendered.

Yes. There are billboards signs, posters and shop interiors that are detailed but can't be seen too well under normal circumstances
