Im at this woman palace, how far have i progressed

im at Sae 's palace now, does this mean the game is about to end? On hltb it said people usually beat the game around 103 hours but i only spent 50 hours so far, did i rush everything too fast?

you definitely rushed a LOT, but if you're on the route for the true ending, you still have like, 3 Palaces. Not nearly as much free days left tho

does this mean i wont have much day left to play 3 more palaces? i wont get the true ending because how fast i progressed? Dr.maruki is about to leave in a week and i just got his confidant rank to 7.I couldnt believed that i rushed everything so fast, i read every dialogue carefully and spent so much time for Joker school's life

Personally I ended at 108 hours and I basically fast forward all the dialogues until Haru palace because I already played that part of the game on the Original Game for PS3 so I knew the plot until that point. I checked one of my savefile and at 11/5 I had 67 hours of playtime after ending the third Sae palace infiltration. If you still haven't done to the third infiltration yet I think you're fine, else you rushed somewhere, yes.

Personally while in dungeon I try to defeat every shadow manually and pick up all will seeds, items, chests etc basically I complete dungeons 100%. If you didn't it may be one of the cause.

oh yeah i was using the game time on the save file to mention, i had 52 hours and just finished 2nd infiltration and i always try to find all will seed cause the accessory made from them are useful

Okay. You probably won't have access to the additional 20 to 30 hours of play that Royal adds by allowing you to play the last school term, but I didn't have access to the last term either and finished at 108 hours. You still have a long way to go don't worry. And as the other user said, at this point you will probably play the true ending that is the ending of the original game which is equally good.

Personally I suggest you enjoy your blind run as best you can without thinking too much about the game hours or the ending and once you finish, start it again in NG+ trying to complete it 100% maybe following a guide, so you will definitely have access to the additional 20-30 hours of the game as well and the Royal ending this way

Play times are very subjective and highly variable. People who poke around looking for things, or grind, or do extras, or used a guide, etc. I wouldn't use "play time" as a metric for how far in the game you are, or how close to finishing. I also find "how long to beat" estimates to be on the high side in every single game I play.

You have 3 more after the one you're in I believe.

Beat the game in 93 hours with all confidants done, all requests done, 99% Persona dictionary done, all social skills maxed, all books read and all optional bosses beaten that are allowed before NG+ on my first playtrhough. You guys sure are slow. Even my first ever playthrough on P5 back in 2017 took me 80 hours.
