liquid Mercury in mementos?
is there a place in mementos I can farm liquid Mercury?

In mementos I don't recall exactly, but I do remember someone said it was only available during certain weather(I don't remember which one. I think it was during snow?).

Earliest you can get in Royal are from 5th Palace ( Okumura's Palace ). It was from Decarabia with 20% drop chance, it no longer drop from Anubis.

Ah, my bad it was during Torrential rain. It have chance to drop on any of the floor of mementos except Path of Da'at.
