Admittedly, I've only ever played on "Safety" difficulty. Most of these are based more on "Does this fit the character and include their evolution skills?" rather than "Is this the most optimal build?".

Futaba's skills are automatically decided by the game.

I am still in mid game, but since P4G in late game i always put single version of the elemental skill example: Ziodyne and i don't keep Maziodyne for knocking down purpose. The only AoE elemental skill i put is Blazing Hell because this one is equivalent with Yukiko's Burning Petals, although i keep Mudoon on Yukiko that Ann missing.

And yes i will get Support Boost level 3 including support chance up for Futaba from Jazz Jin club just like i did with Rise with her 5 levels of bike skills. Still making hard decision who must pick "Marakunda" from Jazz jin club because i throw away from Teddie because he lack of skill slots, Masakunda is from Mona (Kanji) while Matarunda from Ann (also Yukiko), yes we have checkmate from Queen but it's late game or simply Futaba can cast marakunda later but i want Futaba ultra charge me instead.

Yes everyone has their own taste, it's even not my final build, i might change a lot of my build later. However the only i regret is i throw away Lucky Punch, Miracle Punch has way too high damage being medium physical attack when hit critical for knocking down purpose (mostly enemy killed by miracle punch), i will stay with Miniscule damage to do knowcking down and i won't use Miracle Rush as it's AoE and not single target, and i've decided Hard is my final difficulty, now i am playing normal diff as my first experience of P5R. Mercilles i might use this for special battle but for mementos or palace my final difficulty will be Hard, i truly hate 3x critical damage or 3x damage when hit weakness, however 3x technical damage is fine by me (if only there's a way to turn off 3x damage to critical hit and 3x weakness damage), also why merciless has more slighty higher money and exp received? Merciless in OG P5 is way better in term of money and exp, yeah i know to make this game less grinding but still it kill the purpose for being "merciless is the hardest diff" in this game at least for early game. IMHO

Why even waste 3 slots from you teammates to use -nda spells? You have Ofudas which do the same without wasting your skill slot. And more importantly you get Debilitate which do all of them in 1 turn.

You only need debuff for bosses.
