Did anyone crashed the game as long as Shinjuku was available?

When the story came to the point that I could travel to Shinjuku, the game just crashed when playing the travelling animation. I haven't experienced any crashes until this point. Did any also encounter the same problem?

found solution, backup your save at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata then verify your game file, do not press delete your save if it asked, you can continue without delete the save.
The program will then download 25GB data to update the game, then you can load the save and will run correctly.

Same problem. Try everything couldn’t help. Uninstall and download again. Remember to backup your save.
