That will certainly make it easier to level up my confidants. I'd only ever need the jobs for the sake of the mementos or confidant unlocks rather than use them to build up my social stats.

Yes, all party member stat gains from the jazz club carry over, any abilities they learned at the jazz club can be "remembered" in new game plus by using the confessional in the church except for Futaba's learned abilities. They need to be unlocked at the Jazz cafe each playthrough. Joker's HP and SP gains from working out, the Shrine, of Confidants also carry over. Do it enough times and you can eventually get a NG+ file where all your characters have max stats!
