What counts towards 100%ing mementos?
I know certain confidents have mementos targets but are they included for 100% completing mementos to get the achievement?

Id assume its only the mishima ones that count.

That one in particular, the "completely changed the cognition of mementos" cheevo, is from the bonuses you can get with the stamps from Jose. Just fully increase any one bonus and you'll get the achievement.

It is story related achievement. Just play game to end and you will get it eventually.
Mission completion is moved to in-game awards.

Are you sure as it says 'completely changed the cognition of mementos' id assume its to do with mishimas requests and not reaching the bottom. especially since story related achievements are mostly the hidden ones.

You know confidants are 'Optional', yes? So clearing mementos mission isn't required for that achievement -- just get to bottom and beat the final boss (for normal end) is all you need.
