I figured that part out myself. It is not hard to figure it out if you pay attention. Perhaps people just take things for granted because the previous bosses were too easy?
Failure absolutely pumps me up because of how easy this game is. I looked for a challenge which never came until this. After I got killed by the suicide bomb I noticed the letter/rage icon (previously wasn't paying attention). Then I concluded I had to improve my dps to kill them asap, so I looked at my options. I looked my inventory and even used items which I previously never considered, such as the baptismal water for getting rid of the def buff. This is perhaps the only fight where I actually need to plan things strategically, hence I said I had a blast.
Well the space puzzle was a bit annoying at first, but I pressed the shoulder button after I pulled the lever each time and remember which did what, and I managed to solve it pretty quickly.
It is not difficult to minmax abilities as what it is, is a boring waste of time
Hell, Kamoshida's basic palace is more fun to run around in compared to this trash of a palace. Add to the fact that the boss fight is just mob trash cleaning instead of an actual boss fight with Okumura, I say this palace is the bottom of the tier and Sae Nijima's Casino is at the top.
On a decidedly less serious note, nice bait LMAO
