Somebody trying to crack Denuvo would be trying to activate the game constantly in that process. 5 activations is not anti consumer.99% of people activate it first try. The few having issues with installing the game can wait 24 hours. Its not a big deal.Only pirates complain about Denuvo. I have never had any issues installing a Denuvo game. First time...every time.
benefits are to the developer..And they should be obvious. YOu think any pirate is playing this Steam game today.. Question answered.
TS try to google regarding Steam Deck configuration, I'm sure you will find something, but yes, you need to wait for 24 hours because denuvo treats different proton versions as different devices
If your not bright enough to know what Denvuo does for developers thats on you. I have 12-20 Denuvo games. They all work fine .NO issues with any of them. Denuvo DELAYS pirates through the initial sales period and increases sales for developers. Sometimes even delaying it for over a year. As far as its effect on me. None so far.
the proof should be in them continuing to buy very expensive licenses for it. Or do you think they just throw away money. They no more about there sales than you do.
Here's hoping I can at least get a fix for the consistent, frequent crashing issues.
