Madarame's treasure hall loung severe lag
I've tried lowering my settings to very lowest, and yet it's still happening. I've never encounter this problem before, like ever. Even when I'm load my save file in central garden, it's just fine, but when I'm entering treasure hall lounge, the severe lag happens.

Can anybody help me?

My specs
I3-8100
1050 TI 4 GB VRAM
16 GB Ram
Windows 10 64 Bit
My settings was High, but I disabled Depth of Field.

Open task manager and set P5R.exe priority to high. I have almost the same setup as you -except I have a 1650 Super- and that fixed it... There'll be some tiny stutter in some places still, but it's nothing serious.

Can you run rivatuner or something and check your vram usage in game?

If you dont wanna do that everytime btw you Can Opt to download processor lasso so you dont have to do that everytime you boot up the game
You can also try DXVK so it builds a shader cache

would you tell me how to do it? because I'm not familiar with it. It's always nice to have alternative option

https://github.com/Sporif/dxvk-async/releases/tag/1.10.3
X64 folder - Put d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll to P5R folder for DXVK
and process lasso https://bitsum.com/ - Install and just boot game after (Make sure lasso is in performance mode (AKA Gaming mode) https://imgur.com/a/y4yiexG it will tell if it is if not its under main

Thanks, I'll try it soon. It's 100% safe right?

both are safe yeh DXVK just changes rendering pipeline
Lasso is also recommended by PC gaming wiki for a few games and under windows section just as a general affinity manager (Generally SHOULDNT be required but some ports either super old ones Don't know how to manage newer 6+ Cores or are just poorly optimized)
For some people just DXVK works, for others just lasso, For some others they need both.
