I imagine they stopped around 10/11 cause it starts getting into the new content territory.
It's the definitive version, the added semester is also easily the best part of the game.
So it just does not add a Semester to the game it literally changes the main game a lot and choices will influence if you will get the original main game ending. Either way tons will be added to the main game.
