Picking up Only the Costumes

So I know the game comes with all the DLC and what not, but was wondering if there's a way to pick up just the Costumes and ignore all the items and persona stuff that comes with it when you check the box.

I know it won't be something that you do in game, so it'll likely have to be a mod or changing the save file in same way?

Would have just been nice if the game included the option to just pick what DLC you want enabled...

If you wait until the night of April 18 to pick up the DLC items, you can sell the consumable items to Iwai the next day. You'll have the money from selling them, but you won't have the items themselves anymore.

Yeah... figured I could do something like that but still annoying I can't just pick up the costumes without having to deal with all the other faf I don't want lol

It sucks, the Persona stuff I believe is added into the compendium of P5R regardless of whether you pick up the DLC or not, also honestly just pick up and sell everything you get, in this game you can infinitely grind very early thanks to one of the confidants allowing you to regain SP by walking. And also, becuase of how the items are based on progress for the shops, you won't really become OP by just having a lot of money.

Yeah, It's not a big deal, it's just more junk in my inventory anyways
Like as soon as you get access to mementos I feel like it's a mute point, just more not wanting to have to deal with the personas in the compendium and a ton of accessories filling my bag lol
