There is a thing that unlocks achievements on Steam. Idk why people use them but it exists.

That's just people using achievement manager or something similar. It's cheated, not a save file transfer. Besides I don't think achievements are applied retroactively so I doubt using a 100% save file would even unlock everything the instant you load it.

I have been able to transfer saves with Hades and Slime Rancher from game pass to steam versions, back and forth. Saves even transferred over to Xbox consoles because they share saves w/ PC game pass version.

If someone wants to try, here is how to do it w/ Hades. Let us know if you find a way for it to work w/ Persona! Also, in my experience w/ transferring games over to Steam, oftentimes the achievements you've earned so far automatically unlock. Just depends how the game tracks them but I've had it work in more cases than not.

I recommend checking PCGamingWiki to find save locations for each game (of course, someone has to update that first for new games).

i have it on switch ps4 and game and testing i found that switch and ps4 use same files system.dat and data.dat but system.dat is different so if you try to use it on switch the system.dat of ps4 the game will say it´s corrupted and the game pass version is a encrypted file with a lot of numbers and its size is only 5kb while swicth/ps4 is 250kb

I think the ps4 version is encrypted as all ps4 save files are. Try opening a new save in both of them in a hex editor and see if there are header differences. Also gamepass might put the real save elsewhere.

With game pass the save is not name like data 1, is something like 56891EA9B1594082B5912A7E3F90E7E9 and container.1

With hades and slime rancher the name was all randomized and garbled like that but renaming it to the same name of the steam ver. save file worked in that case. It's possible that it isn't encrypted and just has a diff name.
