i mean right now its 4:50 for me, 7 hours is pretty much when the next day begins so i dont see an issue

It hasn't changed for me - the 'countdown' has been for 5am BST for a while.

Timer has always been counting down to this, no change I noticed,
Also saying things like '12' or '3am' on a global platform doesn't mean much without a timezone

On gamepass it still claims that it's only 2 hrs until launch which would be 1am in germany.

Steam can be a little weird with it's release timers. In my library it says "Releases October 20th" where the Steam page gives the accurate October 21st at midnight,

there is issue with DPI Scaling
also controller is ducked up in this game, it keep switch to keyboard everytime

ye but thats on xbox app with a timezone change. not worth it imo. want it on steam not on a random throw away xbox app account.
