Failing dungeon deadline
So when I first played ps5 in 2017 I completely failed.
was about 6 hours in and a certain dungeon I ran out of sp, monsters hit to hard didn't have heals or something can't remember..
but I was just unable to beat the dungeon. It's crazy if you didn't save a day or two before
and can't complete is it your only option to restart the game from scratch?
I will obviously now take my time and take it more seriously but I never expected
the consequence to be so brutal and I'm slightly scared especially once I get deeper into the game.. as long as I have multiple saves each day I should be fine right?

It only hard on the first or second palace because you have no sustain but if you get sp regen from death confidant it can snowball easily from there since you can clear palace in one go and have lots of time left to do any other thing

But royal already give you even more time to do stuff like morgana don't really force you to go to bed as much anymore have lots of time to read at home or go out to eat for stats & etc

Always save before going to bed and doing a palace or memento's when you can. Game itself isn't that hard :)

Absolutely not true, if you fail the game will offer to send you back one week, which is more than enough time to finish any dungeon. You cannot softlock your save no matter bad you screw up.

The worst thing that you *could* mess up and not be able to recover from is missing the third semester.

level up your relationship with Tae, she'll sell you items that restore your sp

As the game goes on, the deadlines get a little longer. The first one is the shortest. I failed my first time and just focused on stocking up on healing and leveling in mementos. If you fail the deadline,it's game over. The game does finger-wag you a bit, but will restart you two weeks prior to give you some time to grind out a bit.

I remember spending HOURS in the first visit for money (there are easy money farming methods available at all time) for the SP regen trinket for all 3 characters.
