Get Game Pass (for PC) for a month for $1 and play it there if money is an issue.

I think it's worth it, I'm just playing on gamepass since I already had gamepass

its kinda relative to how much you normally spend on games. are good games worth $60 to you? ive already gotten more hours of enjoyment out of this game than i got out of PLENTY of $60 titles. i think its worth it

It's not worth full price if you're broke and have school payments.

I suggest you prioritize school first then get this game when you saved up enough money or get it on gamepass

I'd say not if you're more into mature/western games, definitely a yes if you like anime. For me the whole "adults evil" thing has gotten quite tiring 50 hours in, and I'm not even done with the first half of the game. For reference I'd pay full price for cRPGs like Pathfinder, Tyranny, or Planescape, tactical RPGs like Tactics Ogre or Triangle Strategy, or the slightly more serious SMT games like SMT III/IV or the Raidou Kuzunoha titles.
To further deter you, the obligatory Mementos dungeon part of the game has been a complete sleepfest, about 5 of my hours have been me falling asleep during the Mementos sections and having to replay them because I get killed by the Reaper while sleeping.

bought it twice, worth it. it's a good PC port too
Depends on a lot of factors. Have you played it before? Do you own it on console? Are there other means of getting it (Gamepass)?

If you've never played it, it is a great value for money. Game time vs dollars spent will easily hit 50 cents an hour by the time you are done - which is better than most games on the market.

That said: it is a single player game - there is no rush to buy it today. There is no multiplayer community that you are missing out on or seasonal content, etc. It will be just as good in 5 years as it is today. As others mentioned, it is on game pass, and that is only $10 a month - and you'll get access to lots of games, not just this one (but you obviously won't own it). Lastly, it is worth remembering that other Atlus releases went on sale pretty quickly. Persona 4 and Soul Hackers 2 have already seen sales. I wouldn't be surprised if this title hits 30-50% off for the next Summer sale. Being a Japanese game from a Japanese publisher, it will also likely go on sale for Golden Week (29 April).

tl:dr - yeah, it's worth it. But that money would be better spent elsewhere right now and the game is only going to get cheaper, while still being just as awesome later. You're a student - buy it during Summer, on sale, so you have time to play it - not right before finals.
