AB and XY buttons are reversed now.

I'm not sure what happened, but seemingly overnight the AB and XY buttons have been swapped. I made no changes to anything. At night the game was fine, and now it seems to think my PC is a Switch now.

Please make a controller profile in Steam's big picture mode to avoid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like that.

Big Picture is in the top right of the client.

Not only that they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up diagonal camera movement with whatever small patch they made, swapping AB XY is easy in Steam input but I can't find a fix for the diagonal camera and it makes the game unplayable

Go into Big Picture, click on the Cog thing to access system, then on the Right side under System click on System again(Yes I know) and on Beta Participation option click to opt out of it.

Thanks, everyone. Opting out of the Beta Participation did it.

Just for anybody looking for the solution, it required me to click "Steam" at the top left, "settings," and in General, just clicked the "change" button there at the bottom and opted out.

Hope they fix whatever they did, though.

Same issue for me. I believe there was a Steam update last night, and today Persona 5 Royal has swapped A and B for each other. I'm also opted into their beta build. I'll have to go opt-out for now, too.
