[FIX] 1 FPS problem

[Impairation]

For People with the 1 FPS problem right after leaving the subway:

open Task-Manager -> Details -> P5R.exe right click -> Change affiliation Untick everything except Core 0 and Core 1 -> tab back into the game wait 1 min -> back to Taskmanager and tick this time all cores this should fix the FPS and also High CPU Usage

the game was taking 100 % before after that it's around 20% in Populated streets

Also Process Lasso works and you don't have to change it everytime you launch the game.

Leave it to Atlus to have no idea how to properly port a game. TFW a 4090 is only getting 70 fps. Not looking forward to Persona 3 Reload issues after this.

Thats a you problem shouildnt have bought a 4090 ny 4070 ti plays 4k 200 percent res 90 fps so yikes
