Not really. Although the i5-10200h is a little bit faster. Reason it isn't that much faster is that the i7-4790K is a desktop cpu, while the i5-10200h is a laptop CPU. For instance, the i7-3970x scores higher than the i5-10200h. But it should be fine though.
Its still seen by the Operating System as 8 CPU's. Open Task Manager > Set Affinity of any application what do you see... CPU 0, CPU 1, CPU 2, CPU 3....
The technical term if we are going to be right ♥♥♥♥♥ about it, is 8 Logical Processors.
