I saw the romance options and liked sumire, the thing is i don't want to wait near the end of the game to romance her like with naoto in p4, do you have to wait long to romance her? Also are any of the other girls end game only too?

Massive spoilers regarding anything with her. She's only date able on the 3rd semester. You need to get Maruki to rank 9 and Kasumi to rank 5 before Nov 20th or so.

Justice, Faith, and Councillor are the social links with important deadlines. Sun also has a deadline, but it isn't as important to complete. Other than that, feel free to confidant as you please.

Literally you have to wait untill the end of the game, her last social link is right before the final boss.

Because the first five ranks are with Kasumi, and yes she is Kasumi there.
