Game Minimizing Fix

If you were like me and the game kept minimizing after showing a black screen and just forcing you back to desktop, I have a fix for you that worked for me.

Go to your local app data for P5R aka

LocalDisk>Users>Username>AppData>Roaming>Sega>P5R>Steam>A bunch of numbers

There is a xml file called screen settings, change the 1 in full screen to 0 and change borderless to 1.

When you are in game you'll be able to change the screen to your hearts content.

This is at least what worked for me and I have been able to play the game full screen since.

For anyone wanting to copy&paste something:
"%APPDATA%\Sega\P5R\Steam\"

Then just as OP said, there should be just one folder in it, and in that folder is "ScreenSetting.xml". Open it up with your editor of choice, change it to fullscreen="0" borderless="1".

If it opens up windowed instead of borderless, you can just press Alt + Enter to make it borderless (Alt + Enter works for most games. One of the shortcuts really worth knowing)

hello, i have a problem, i cant fiind the xml folder, when i open the bunch of numbers folder it only appears two folder "db" and "save data" can someone help pls?

yeah, i already copy that but the xml does not appear, i only have two carpets with the "db" and "savedata" names, i tried to create the xml file but it doesnt work

this is an example content of %appdata%\Sega\P5R\Steam\[YOUR_STEAM_ID]\ScreenSetting.xml
The file should be created as soon as you start the game or change the resolution in-game but if it doesn't exist for whatever reason, just create it yourself, insert this content and adjust width, height, resolution_width and resolution_height.
