How do you let Kawakami do some of your chores during the evening?

So, I unlocked her ability to save you time on chores during the evening like with the Laundromat. Morgana even mentions that you could call her to let her take over but when I'm on the phone with her I have no such option. So, how does it actually work?

You have to start doing laundry/crafting first to get option to call Kawakami do it for you.
