Best Platform to Play is User Preference!
On PC though I can play it at my computer desk in my home office, where I'm most comfortable. I can also play it on my Steam Deck in bed, or at work during slow overnight shifts. I can also enjoy higher frame rates, since the console versions (pre-PS5 and Xbox Series) are locked to 30 fps, not that 30 fps takes much away from a turn-based RPG like Persona 5.
I can certainly see a circumstance where someone might prefer to play on their PS4. Maybe they're personally more comfortable on their couch in front of the TV. Maybe their PC setup isn't so great, making the experience on PC less than amazing and the console version stellar in comparison.
To each their own.
