Voicing your feedback is an important part of making a game, and this industry as a whole, better.
Feedback is fine, but i see alot of nonsense being posted.
Performance looks promising on Yuzu and Ryujinx with some issues (black screen during battle in Yuzu *with Vulkan*, not present with Ryujinx). The video I watched showed higher fps with Yuzu than Ryujinx in the castle jail area (about 50 fps on Yuzu and 40 fps on Ryujinx). Not bad for day 1 on an i5-8400/1060 system. Or day -5, technically lol.
yeah, things do not look bad for people who wanna get it for free. Playing it on Yuzu in the near future should be easy. The requirements will be significantly higher, obviously, but still, 1080p60 will not take so much and it's still Royal. Not such a far experience from the native one
I hope this will decrease the Denuvo complaints on the forum lol. P4G's took quite a while to stop getting them
While some people really genuinely avoid buying games with Denuvo, we all know a part of the complaints come from how it makes the game harder to crack
I'd like to test it out on my 10900K/3080 system to see how it compares to P5 on RPCS3 out of curiosity but I think I'll wait until Friday since I'll be buying the Steam version. The open areas will be the real performance test. Curious to see if the 60+ fps softlocks will occur on the Switch version as well, since it's locked to 30 fps like Persona 5 was on PS3.
Incentivizing bad business practices will only show them that what they are doing is ok. It's not ok. Give them an inch and they will take a mile.
They are words. Intelligent people consider them and make their own choices. If I had actual force, I wouldn't be wasting my time here. I go straight to Denuvo and shut down their company.
You know everyone has some sort of affect on others....
Perhaps I can lobby something insane like, removing gun control so children can purchase and carry firearms.
How about enabling people to throw all their trash into the rivers, ponds, oceans, and drinking supply?
Or maybe not being able to sue if you find something other than the meal you asked for? condoms, fecal matter, human fingers, blood.
Will you be concerned then? You shouldn't be since this is their right after all. It was my right to spend my money how I wanted and this is the result. You cool with that?
If you counter with, no one is forced to do it. You are correct, but people will do it and will affect you in some way. Not being able to eat at your favorite restaurant, not being able to swim at the beach, or fearing that your child will die at school because they didn't share the blocks.
These are all hypothetical scenarios brought to extreme. The hypothetical scenario I present is Denuvo and other companies greed getting so out of hand that you must always be online to play your games, or must provide sensitive information to prove your purchase, or watch adverts in the middle of your games, not being able to play your purchased games because something broke and they refuse to fix it. You chose to spend your money how you wanted and this is affecting me and gaming.
Previously I said I don't care how one spends their money. I rescind my previous statement. I do care, if it affects me and other things negatively. I'm not going to fight every battle.
You'd have to actually read and process the post in order for you to find out the answer. It is there with examples. Give it a try, and I might even consider removing you from being ignored. Otherwise, don't expect me to reply to you. In case you want to troll more, I looked at your hidden post out of morbid curiosity in order to make this reply. Take it easy.
It's fantastic to be passionate about a hobby. However by shooting down valid criticism that could be leveraged to improve the quality of subsequent releases, blind fanboyism did more damage to the gaming industry than piracy could ever dream of. It's a phenomenon that seems more prevalent in japanese titles aimed at insular communities - i.e. anime. in other forums I usually can discuss business practices in a polite manner just fine even with people disagreeing with me.
