One thing you could do in the meanwhile is veryfing the game, maybe it's not loading properly some assets

Yep i delete the game, reinstalled from hhd to ssd, reinstalled the last AMD driver's , rechecked the game files ( 0 errors found). I really don't understand what's happening, is the only game that i have this problem ( mabey an 6900 xt incompatible problem of the engine game?)
I don't use discord, because 80% of my time is at work in hospital (that's why I wrote on the steam forum).
Crash time 3 and 2 work's perfectly on steam ( didn't try the original release of undercover from the pirate's).
My sistem is:
AMD 5800x 4.8GHz code-name ''Zen3''
X GPU: Sapphire RX 6900 XT NITRO+ SE Gaming 16 Gb
X Motherboard: ASUS TUF X470-PLUS GAMING
X DDR: T-Force Delta RGB 32GB DDR4 3200MH
I changed graphics from high to low, resolution from 4k to 800 and i have the same problem with the textures of the game.
Pffff and i wited so long to play this game 😓, if you can help me i will be very happy because o love this series's of racing games.
I will try the game on my laptop and see if i have the same problem when I'm back from the night shift. ( An amd ryzen 5 3500u with an vega 8 apu)

could you try to deleting %localappdata%\Synetic\crashtime5\config.xml
and run the game again? (without launching the game launcher)

yeps it's seems is a incompatible problem with my 6900xt video-card, because game is working perfectly with my low end laptop.
I delete the config like you say and start the game without the launcher , but the texture problems persist.

i install the demo of the game, and yes i can confirm is a bug with my video card , because i have same problem. Can you look for what is crating this texture problem with this model of videocard ? wold racing 2 , CT2 , CT3 are working perfect only this one has this problem. Thx and good job for re-lunching the Crash Time games

you mean the demo of CT5?
Does it do the same thing?

Yes i found the CT5 demo for the game , and it's have the same texture problems. I try to install that dx put it's cancel the install because " DeirectX setup has determinated that a newer version of Dx has been isntalled already.No installation is necessary.''

I don't understand what is causing the problem , because wen i selecting the car , the car model is perfect normal with texture , then when i load the map everything is transparent like in the pictures

Thx dev problem is fix't with the last update , everything is working normal now. It take too long to fix it but at last now i can play the game on PC wit ultrawide rex , and not only on steam deck.
Now can we have CT4 without GFWL , because i have all cobra games on steam now and i want to have all the collection
