Here is the end list I saw.

・First, we targeted the HARADA camp. I went to the hospital many times, fell in love with a female doctor, and kissed her many times. Eventually, I had a one-on-one fight with HARADA and lost. I vomited blood in the hospital and died in the presence of the doctor.
・2nd time. I did not fight all over town and my rating went down. I befriended AZUMA.After the third event with AZUMA, AZUMA was captured by the enemy.He was ordered to kill ANDO if he did not want AZUMA to die. I killed ANDO. To avoid arrest, I went to live in a country house and never saw AZUMA again. Nothing eventful happened and I just fished every day. One day in winter, I was alone and vomited blood and died.

I was prepared that there might not be a happy ending because of the author's past style, but is there still no happy ending?
Even if death is inevitable, is there any way to die in such a way that you can be cared for by everyone and leave a large legacy to your friends?
Can we even win all the districts?
How did you all end up?

once you beat harada go speak with him back at the baseball place couple times eventually you could kill the boss the main one and you could become boss

How is that possible? I targeted only Harada camps, killed only Harada shatei to unlock territories. Then Harada appeared, I defeated him, but then is already winter and seems impossible to proceed

After speaking to harada twice at the baseball place. I met him at the mahjong place or the club a sequence should trigger and then you can proceed on killing the boss

killed kazuma, become the boss, killed ando, suicide, killed by loan shark.........

Pushed Tanaka to the brink, Oyabun gave him the parlor. Kato made a scene at the parlor and I was forced to kill Kato. During the hostess frame job mission, I accidentally picked Seiji's ex wife as a hostess. She smashed a bottle on his head. Later I found her walking at Main Street. She slapped Seiji but you can make him kiss her. They hooked back up at the hotel.

She got kidnapped a few days later by Tanaka's crew. Was told to kill Azuma or the Tanaka crew was going to have their way with her.

Went to the Azuma office. Had a reminiscent chat with Azuma. And then blew him away.

Later, was out in the countryside with a small home and the girl. Went fishing a few days. After one night, Seiji vomited up blood and died at home while the girl was still asleep.

Imo, better a criminal family get the axe than a single innocent woman who I intentionally roped back into danger. That's how a man takes responsibility.

Got out of jail, smoked a cigarette, bought a gun and... arrived at my first ending in just 16 minutes right at the pawnshop counter. Actually enjoyed such a speedrun a lot :) The yakuza lifestyle has its toll on mental health and subjective well-being.
Will come back for other finales (and a proper walkthrough) tomorrow.

Did another run and Kato went and blasted me and Azuma after letting the hostess alive. That didn't happen the first time I did that.

I did slap Kato on two occasions for not giving me the proper bow, and once more after he threw the guy off the construction site. Did that determine Kato's betrayal? Not sure if I gave him the cigarette this run.

were you attacking tanaka and he lost all his territories? or respect not high enough? I got that same ending kato shot both me and Azuma after we went to the Oyabun's house cause I slapped him lol.

1st ending I spared the hostess girl then Kato shot both me and Azuma, Iwao saved me and I immediately went back to the office killed Kato and got shot to death after exiting so I don't know if there was a proper way of killing Kato cause I didn't get the achievement of killing him after I did.

2nd ending I killed Azuma and took over but I got killed by the loan sharks after I pulled out a gun on them.

I became loyal to Kato, Azuma asked me to off somebody and make Kato take the fall, I died in jail

There are so many different scenarios.I am looking forward to it.

I started over in the middle of the AZUMA route. I went to bed without going to save AZUMA. The next day, my subordinate IWAO was furious and I was stabbed with a knife. I found myself in the hospital and the story continued. When I went to the office, my subordinates stopped bailing. It seems that my subordinates did not like me.

After that, I tried to reduce RESPECT by continuing to live on the street without taking a bath, but the re-lower limit was 1, and it did not seem to go to 0 or minus.

I then proceeded with Chiba's scenario. Chiba wants to quit YAKUZA but is suffering from being forced to do some dirty work.
Chiba does not seem to be a ruthless person. He could have made money by selling his sisters to AKASEN, but he became a YAKUZA to protect them.
Chiba was forced to do the dirty work of kidnapping and killing a politician.
Although he was able to abduct the politician, Chiba was too scared to kill him.
Instead, he could kill the politician for him or abandon him and leave the scene.
Whichever you choose, Chiba will disappear from the city.

After Chiba disappears, the story continues.
After many boring days of just hanging around and sleeping, I died on a bench, bathed in snow.

I got all sorts of different endings, but still some of them elude me. For example the ones that gives you the achievement "Kill Harada" and "Kill Tanaka". If you guys got them in your run could you remember how? Here is what i got instead:

1.I got betrayed by Kato, eventually I killed him (no achievement here) in Azuma office and then died being ambushed.
2. I ignored the construction hit and went on losing the opportunity to get an office, eventually Kato got promoted and my time run out so I died
3. I went on with the storyline, got the office, became more powerful but eventually Azuma wanted to frame Kato, I took the blame and went to jail, where I eventually died.
4. I attacked only Tanaka bases, when Oyabun called Azuma and Tanaka, I didn't slap Kato. That made him not fall in line, eventually I was forced to kill Kato since Tanaka got Azuma as hostage (here you get Kill Kato achievement)
5. I attacked only Harada bases, eventually Harada fights with you. Upon winning, you meet Harada at the Baseball Center and he plans a hit on Oyabun. Eventually, I killed the Oyabun and became one, dying in a luxury bed with a lot of money unspent.
6. Same as before, but this time when Harada came with the bike to drive me to the sauna and kill the Oyabun, I took my gun out and killed Harada on the spot (didn't get the achievement Kill Harada)

I died in a lot of other ways too...
