Yes you get the steam key and $35 equivalent in-game currency then you can stop the sub. You get 3 basic characters and battlepass (clothing) for a character but the other 6 DLC BP you need to buy with in-game currency for $18.75 each. IMO get the $35 tier then the $4 tier the next month, pick 3 favourite BPs and spend no more.

This game is ran like a gatcha game except instead of paying with cash you are paying through patreon sub. The items needed to gatcha for sex positions can be earned through doing daily quests / battlepass. Definitely don't spend patreon money on these, they can be earned slowly by playing twice a week to maximise BP, it gives some sense of progression and replayability, that's why they made it a gatcha game.

For $40 as it is right now, it has enough content to be fun and be worth the money (as a F2P in a sense I suppose?). It's definitely a scam for impatient people or the whales who sub every month trying to unlock all the in-game positions/items and sadly that's how gatcha games make money.
