Problems Setting up Beta Key (SOLVED)

Okay, FOR ALL THOSE HAVING PROBLEMS ACTIVATING THE BETA KEY! Finally figured it out.

Step 1) Get your key from the patron page. To do this you'll need to go to https://www.projecthelius.com/ and log in your (Patreon) account.

Step 2) Copy your beta test key from there. You'll need that.

Step 3) Log in to your steam account, at the TOP LEFT BAR, you'll see (GAMES) Click on that and from there you want ACTIVATE PRODUCT ON STEAM. You'll need to PASTE that in the empty bar there.

Holy hell, this was painful and obvious.

I, too, have the code. Where the beta is, I do not know.

not guaranteed but try this as its worked on other games when i have had beta code.

1: go to library right click on game in your game list.
2: click properties.
3: under "general" you will see "launch options"
4: type beta code in box.

in the guide its written, how you participate in the beta, when you have reached the sufficient amount of money on patreon.

(you go on the helius homepage -> log in with patreon -> claim key -> redeem key on steam)

in these amount is not only the beta access but the release of the full game when its complete released included.

I just want to say, not all of us want / use discord, but we obviously use steam and patreon, you could post more on those sites to support everyone rather than just the discord crowd!

I found it...there IS a bar on the top left with "Games" on it....

BUT IT IS SO SMALL AND GREYED OUT THAT YOU NEED SUPERMAN'S MICROSCOPIC VISION TO SEE IT

COME THE F ON, STEAM ... you can do better than that

Login to your Steam account.
Click "ADD A GAME..." in the bottom left.
Click "Activate a Product on Steam..."
Click "NEXT"
Click "I Agree"
Enter you game code and click "NEXT"
Proceed with installation by double clicking the game in your library.

Worse tbh. They still haven't implemented any gameplay all these years later, it's just an animation viewer, and now everything is going forced multiplayer (in a porn game lol) with F2P gacha cliches like daily quests (just playing the same animations repeatedly) and battlepasses/microtransactions to unlock characters and speed up the grind.

This game went off the rails a bit in terms of development. If you want a game that might actually get finished look elsewhere.

Oh the beta also doesn't support VR anymore.

No, you can't. This game is not being sold on Steam and likely never will be. It's on Patreon and their refund policy is essentially "let the creator decide," and I've never heard of Helius giving refunds even when he scrapped the entire game and decided to make a multiplayer F2P instead.
