How is this game allowed to have beastiality in it?

Technically this game is classed as fantasy - and as its all cgi graphics, it doesnt theoretically count as beastiality. Also the dog things are aliens - so at most, its graphic fantasy art - theres a warning on the site, and the store page. If you bought it, or downloaded the demo, theres a good chance you read all that BEFORE you dl'ed it. If you dl;ed it without reading anything, thats on you too. ;)
My concern is how YOUNG the girls look - which seems a popular thing these days - really YOUNG looking girls in obscene acts seems to be more and more normalized these days. Im not sure thats such a good thing. What consenting adults get up to is up to them - but depictions of young girls being forced to endure unusual sexual acts with men and beast as entertainment is high questionable.

I'm not fan of alien or beast sexual, I don't enjoy see alien or beast sexual with beautiful women in gameplay, huge turn off, I prefer a just humble guy with women sexual only. That's why I am not sure I want to buy this game because of that. Don't get me wrong, I love art of science fiction and beautiful women.

As for girl, they don't had sexual body part yet, once they do, they are no longer girl, but I assumed it's would be teenager rather than girl,

I guess word definition and meaning difference, got confused, sometime when person said girl, they do not meant 12 year old or less, they meant women 18 to up, some women tell other women, "You go Girl!" as I guess it's child in women's body, I don't know, lot of people got confused word meaning girl, what do you mean girl? Are we talk about adult women or teenager or young adult women, or old women, or children (children are big no-no, not allowed)

Same thing for alien and beast (that is big no no, just like children that are not allowed, from my point of views)

Adult male and Women, that is perfect normal. but anything other than that would be questionable, I guess. humankind is messed up due sick desire or messed up desire that control humankind or sick mind control humankind, are they not?

I do like art of science fiction and beautiful women in this game, but same time I'm not sure I like idea of alien or beast sexual with beautiful women, I prefer guy or women vs women, not alien, but I don't mind beautiful women shoot down alien as gameplay (not sexual way but combat gameplay type.) I meant it's look like it's had gun in this game, but not sure it's just for look, not gameplay effect.

Sexual can be good, or evil, it's can be honorable or dishonorable, it's can be beautiful or ugly, it's depend how one use it.

I prefer sexual in path of good, honorable, and beautiful where it's turn me on, not evil, dishonorable and ugly, that huge turn me off. But each to own, I guess.

I'm just curious because even on gore websites like 4chan bestiality is banned. I was just wondering why it was allowed. Nude women and sex isn't illegal is most places so of course I don't find that weird.

Steam's moderation team is a joke, that's how. Most of them are pretty unsavory people. They very much break the rules when they want to and there's no way to hold them accountable. If you live in the EU you could try to get them to do something, but no one else seems to care about a video game service.

The reason why animal porn/sex with animals is illegal is because its considered animal abuse.
Here you have pixels and polygons. Which can't be abused. And kind of like a dog is also still not a dog. Technically its an alien.
That being said Steam just doesn't give much of a ♥♥♥♥ what gets put on the platform. It takes a lot of push from the community to even get blatant scams removed.

Nah, Steam isn't obligated to listen to an EU government. Best they could do is ban Steam altogether. Which they obviously wouldn't do because A. a lot of people in the EU love Steam and B. the billions already spent by EU citizens on products provided by Steam. So all they can really to is wag their finger at Steam.

Many European country, and the EU, decided to go after Google and many other company that are way bigger than Steam when it was to push their law to be respected (basicaly when they could make money and push their propaganda).
The only reason they never did anything against Steam is because most of them dont even understand that it exist nor what it is.
