Demo thoughts
ok, I want to start by sating this has real potential
but I have some criticism to share from my experience

first, the movement and jumping is weirdly both stiff and very floaty, but they are minimal to my major issue

I don't know if this is just a demo thing, but the limited ammo seems like a bad choice for this style of game
let me explain a scenario that I was think about

what happens if you waste all your arrows, or the hit detection ♥♥♥♥♥ up and you run out
you have no arrows and no materials to make more
now you need to hit these thin ropes to open a bridge, or hit those crystals to rais the platforms

what do you do?
how do you continue?

I understand there was enough materials to easily do what is asked of you, but what if?
you need to think about the really crappy players or the really dumb ones

I know this seems dumb, but it's something that should be thought about so players don't get soft locked in your game

maybe a really weak infinite ammo or respawning resources could help in the final product

Thank you. As for the crafting materials and ammo. If you are stuck you can always "load last checkpoint" and replay problematic parts of the game. Materials cannot be infinite and respawnable, because game itself would be too easy with infinite ammo. That's why it'll stay like that for now :)

My two cents: There was not enough there/ demo was too short to come away with an opinion.

The story also seemed really juvenile, like this game is for youth, which is fine but not something I would personally be interested in.

I like to think about all case scenarios, just in case

let me put another scenario at you, cuz remember, some players can be really stupid or irresponsible

What if, say someone uses all ammo and resources BEFORE a game save, then they have to do some arrow based puzzles and they have none, and reverting to the last save doesn't fix it
what does the player do then?
start the whole game over

I don't know yor plans, but these are problems that are entirely possible and need to be considered

I do hope this game comes out how you hope and just want to help

Run out of arrows already (free bird part), not stupid, just several misses, and tried to activate something that doesn't activates. Definitely need a way to have some weapon I could shoot on objectives, not enemies that is unlimited.
