in the final battle against him, if you don't sacrifice the salutors' bound, he can easily one shot you on the final round : it is all the point of this battle (-2 hp per bound per round! / one sacrifice replenish your life)
Never got the focus problem
Sometimes I might have noticed that the npc on the back row is protected by the one ont the front but I am not sure cause it rarely happens : when wicktor shot with a power he killed the one on the front even if I target the one on the back. May be it what happened to you?
For the final battle :
if you sacrifice one bound each time you are low on health the battle will be really easy.
For instance, I kept Veles to use it's canceled power, Morana to break the focus to zero with pestilense, Upyr to clean all if needed, and sacrificed any other salutor when needed.
With wiktor I use mostly focus and "damage over time" with interruption option (luck).
to be powerfull ally max pride + all salutor. Not sure though the impact of all of choice
I had the same problem. It's most likely because you have the upgrade that attacks a random enemy bound to that skill. If I remember correctly, it doubles your damage, but attacks a random person. You might want to check your upgrades and change that one out if it is bugging you. For my ultimate skill I used "double damage if target is suffering". It was enough to 1 shot most of the enemies IF they had the suffering debuff.
Hm... maybe you are right but I only had that problem on Rasputin's final battle. My strategy was full decrease focus with Lelek and ultimate them. In any case, I'm just rushing my second playthrough to get my last achievements to end this game. It was a nice game an adventure for me but one run is enough for me (and Dragon's Dogma 2 is coming soon).
I think not, I think I had 2 or 3 empty slots. Why? Do I need all of them to be Rasputin's friend? That sounds a real headache... but thinking about that seriously, I got most of them with a high pride and that pride force me to get this "bad" ending. Is there any way to get all endings with just one game, saving and reloading on epilogue to get all achievements?
I don't know, I haven't aquired a "good" Rasputin ending, he called me "too weak". I only try to gather what it could possible be. For example I left the Flaw to the boy in the church, because he was a fellow Thaumaturg. Rasputin showed understanding at that point but the "Rasputin will remember that" thing popped up. I do suspect you need to do whatever to not appear weak in Rasputin's eyes...
Maybe even kill people were you haven't killed them, I don't know.
As for your last question: I doubt that? But alas, no clue.
On my first playthrough I got 9 of 11 flaws (I checked it). 7 came from all salutors and the 2 others from Pyotr (our cousin) and Szymon (the child in the church). I don't know where I get the others and I did almost all quests in the game. On my game Rasputin mention too there is no place for the weakness, tell tzar I'm not his friend and he doesn't know who I am, even when I tell everyone he helped me and saved my life. Now I'm trying on my second game to not grow my pride and be the good guy until the end of the game, then save and try every ending. I'll continue when I reach that part...
I think you absolutely need Pride for Rasputin though but I might be wrong.
What did you do with your sisters Flaw?
I got her flaw for myself, every flaw I founded was for me and no care about the consecuences. Even the salutors Golem and Dijin also were for me. If Rasputin thinks I'm weak is because:
1. I forgot 2 random flaws by the game (don't think those remaining flaws are relevant).
2. Maybe you have to use your skills with the grimoire on the 3 NPCs at the end of the game before tzar speech? I tried to talk with them correctly using peacefull arguments (except the soldier that force me to battle) and that's not the idea. Can you check it? I don't have saves on that part of the game.
