Tailor's dilemma/fashion magazine question

hello, i am almost done with this quest i am only missing the "lavishness of black", i follow a guide and i go to the places where the items supposedly are, i use perception but i find nothing, the items do not appear.
i currently am on act 2 still doing all our curses main quest so should i just wait and continue with the story and hoping that the items will "activate" ??

Edit: yeah, i searched a bit and i found out that i have 2/3 items with just one missing, an item near the hospital i went there all four times of the day, used perception many times but nothing the item does not appear so yeah, i guess i am just unlucky and the quest bugged.

There is an element for this puzzle on a bench in the park in front of the hospital (southwest of the map), but you have to come at night because there are several patients sitting there during the day - especially two in wheelchairs block access to it.
