is there any solution for this ?
1. Found the location of my Thaumaturge saves on PC. It can be in one of the following:
- C:\Users\[YourUsername]\Documents\My Games\TheThaumaturge\Saves
- C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Local\TheThaumaturge\Saved\SaveGames
For me, it was the second one.
2. After that, I backed up my saves, turned off the cloud sync for this game on Steam, deleted the last autosave, and launched the game to see if it worked. It was indeed the last save file, but it might be a different one for you. It's worth deleting one by one and relaunching after each one.
3. Now the game was working, but I needed to delete that save file from my cloud too. To do that, I exited the game, turned back on my cloud synchronization, and synced the game with the cloud. After that, you will see the corrupt save file locally again on your PC. Then launch the game, and after Steam syncs with the cloud at the very beginning of the launch, delete the file quickly again. The game launched without problems for me. I closed it, and at that point, Steam synced all my local files to the cloud, so it synced the saves without the corrupt one.
Hope this helps!
