You mean...it does the thing it explicitly warns you about? That as you become more prideful, it becomes more all-encompassing? That's wild.
From the look of it, yes and it going to lead to bad ending from what I see (i still at early act 2). And seeing dev won't say anything about this issue. Once you get to high pride, you only path is bad ending
After all, the game is all about making decisions and dealing with their consequences.
I'm starting to get a bit frustrated by this, because it seems clear that the "best" route is to level it up some, but not to max.
The obvious place would be the flaw tab under the Thaumaturgy menu, but the tooltip doesn't say anything about how much I've advanced Pride.
That's what the game is about (and is imo also great): it does not show you the paths you can not take. You will never know, so it's up to you to decide if you want to feed it more or not. It's like with dialogue options that aren't available because of decisions you made. You won't get to see what the option even is.
Just to clarify: should "initial" there be "integral?"
If so, I guess it hasn't leveled up yet, which is surprising to me!
