You can also do so at the Tailor, and for your hair/beard, go to the barber.
It's really a supporters pack, tbh. You can see the screenshots on the pack for the new styles, but it's more for the feelies - the music, lorebook, art, and 3d printable.
If you're not into the feelies and you'd more be buying for the cosmetics - subjective. Only you can say if its worth it to you or not. But if you look at them at you're on the fence, and not into any of the other stuff in the pack? I'd pass. Maybe come back when you've played a while - and if you liked it, support the devs by picking up the extra stuff for, what, the extra $5-10 USD?
It's not any more than cosmetics in-game, though.
For me, they're good, and they're quality stuff, just not something I vibe with. I bought (elsewhere) to support the devs, and because I'm a nerd about music and art. I haven't touched the new cuts more than to try them on in-game.
