There does pop up a "Aubarycy will remember this" when you do that, yes. I can't recall anymore what I picked when he asked me what I think about him but I remember his answer, which was "Are you flirting with me?" and then something like "sorry but you're not my type", my heart, it broke, lol. But I absolutely told him that we would do this again.
Since my first ending was Paris ending, the parting with him was also quite heart breaking tbh and I had the impression the two of them worked through all of their issues.
GG, while I did have that flaw (it's from the djinn quest), I discovered it's not an "invulnerability for a whole turn" kind of protection. I'm pretty sure I died several time because it did save me from the blood loss... but not from the Krampus debuff (lose the equivalent of your focus in hp) or the Vengeance effect from Djinn Debuff, who happen right after.
- In my 1st I choose to fly with Ligia to Paris, so it's like a short ending, we didn't know what happens to the other characters.
- In my 2nd I choose the Coterie. I was aiming several achievements, one of them the total increase of my initial flaw. It's interesting that when I had to decide the destiny of Koniechkin, Wiktor just took the gun and shot him, I had no option (well...it was beautiful to watch...kkkk). Not only this fight, in several 3rd act dialogues my total pride let Wiktor talking by himself, with no options given to me.
But I have doubts, if anyone knows what happened, will be very welcome:
- I never had an option to keep the University in motion after the first reunion with Ligia and the quest of the missing book. What did I miss?
- Right after I beat Rasputin up (I did let go Bukavac, then the fight was easy by only breaking focus and smashing everyone heads with the Golen, or given concussions), Wanda shot the Tsar.
What I missed to let this happen? I didn't come back to save the young socialist in the prison, that is it? Worst, this Wanda's action kept me from the "win the Tsar's favor" achievement, since he was dead, which brought caos to Warsaw.
- Even completing all quests that I triggered I didn't fully upgrade no dimension (was short by one in everyone of them). I was trying to get them even, but maybe I'll have to focus in one or two in my next run to get those achievements.
- Talking about that, in my 3rd I'll aim on the partnership with Rasputin (hoping he don't betrayal me because I don't want to face that boss fight again...kkkk). Pains me to make this run only for the Rasputin achievements, because I got sick of this manipulative bastard.
I finished this two runs with 38 out of 57 achievements, summing up 38 hours played.
It's a really cool game. It talks to me a lot about how this "flaws" can lead to bonds with the spirituality. Pretty deep, very well done, and beautifully crafted in every aspect.
Good chance you have to save him, yes. I did and I could speak to Wanda at the party, told her I knew what she was up to and that she shouldn't do this cause the kiddo (and others) need her. She saw reason.
I managed to max out Heart. That being said, I didn't take Golem so I couldn't progress there otherwise I would've maybe ended up like you.
Someone here in this thread managed it and I really wonder how. I supported him, as far as I know, all the time. But he called me weak. I suppose you need to take all Flaws and all Salutors you can get and show no mercy to others.
Since I stayed loyal to Rasputin and vouched for him to the Tsar in the final dialogue, choosing the humble quotes, it avoided the boss fight and got me the "Howdy, Partner" achievement. Wiktor ends up traveling to the Manchuria to catch some salutor, while Rasputin stays with the Tsar, and the two agree to continue corresponding through letters.
But there are other two achievements in the Rasputin's final ("Stay Put!" and "Let My Will Be Done"). To avoid the obligation to make another two runs siding with Rasputin again, I just took the shortcut, reloading the last save of the 3rd run and choosing the other dialogue options.
In the "Stay Put" the final is the same of the "Howdy, Partner", and I achieved it by vouching for Rasputin but with proudly answers to the questions. In the other hand, to get the "Let my will be done" I had to betray Rasputin and fight him. After beat him one can choose to spare or kill him (I ordered to kill him). In the epilogue, Wiktor is taking orders from the Tsar during an interrogation, while Rasputin speaks inside his mind.
Anyway, in my next playthrough I'll aim back in the Coterie. Now I'll be the good guy, giving up all the salutors and all the flaws I can, which will - among other things - enable the Flying University with Liggia.
However, I don't know how I'll face Rasputin with less salutors, as well as to complete some quests that require higher dimension's points.
This article have descriptions of every achievement available in the game, and how to get them all (I'm now 46 out of 57, with 53.4 hours played in three runs):

if i denounce him he calls me weak and the game ends, if i vouch for him i get the partner ending.
so how am i supposed to get stay put - on a no pride playthrough.
Interesting. I always get Warsaw being restless and dangerous place with socialists attacking people that are against the revolution.
I assume that you either have to not do the quests for the socialists, or you need to end them in particular way so that they end up worse off. As the Politically Involved achievement list three quests: Petya, the workers and Lechites those are the ones to look out for.
My guess would be to try and do the following:
Petya Hush up the scandal
Workers Have the striking workers not get what they want
Lechites Betray the Lechites to the Czars detective
