Tailor's Dilemma and urban secrets
Do I understand this right that all these collectables should be done in Act 2 or else I won't have the opporturnity to complete them anymore? I don't know what happens in Act 3 (and PLEASE don't tell me) but I am quite far into the main quest and all those city secrets are marked with "the opporturnity to complete this quest will pass soon" so if I want all sketches, all clothes etc I should do it now?

Edit: and on a side note, do I run into the second Word Salutor in Act 2 too? I found Djinn and Morana and I gave up on Golem cause I wanna keep my promise but the fourth one is nowhere to be found so far, I don't accidentally want to skip them just cause I progress in the mainquest
