Should i max one/two stats or distribute points to all of them? Are there hard checks that I can pass only if I max one stat?

If you do the side quests, and explore the locations you'll get more than enough skill points to max every skill-path, and have more leftover before unlocking the next bunch

Thank you. I maxed heart in the Prologue, so missed some checks. Now I see that wasn't necessary

Beg your pardon? Apart from maybe 1 or 2 collectables I did all side quests and everything, now I only have one path maxed out and the other ones not...It seems I need 20 points I don't even see how is that possible to gain that much levels in a single playthrough.

I'm pretty sure I did every single quests, except I have 20 missing points which means...20 levels!! You cannot have the required amount of quests to reach the 20 points I miss, can anybody else confirm that we cannot max out everything?

I say that because I regret I could only max out one path, if I knew that I would have focused only on 1 or 2 of them...

You can't max out everything if you have all 8 salutors. I got to the point where I unlocked all combat moves, second to last skill in Heart and finished the game with 2 spare points. And I did everything, all random combats, all collectibles, all side quests.

So no, you can't fully develop the skill tree.

I completed the game and absolutely completed all tasks. It is impossible to max out everything in this game. Also got all the achievements.

It seems impossible to max out everything. I am not sure whether I did everything so far, but I was quite thorough (got at least some of the "do all xy" achievements) and I am not even close to getting everything as xp gain slowed down to a crawl and the last points all cost 3 each.

I finished the game missing 19 points to fully unlock the tree. However, I beat everything fairly easily on Challenge difficulty, so the last few skills don't feel very necessary.
