Unable to Start game system don`t support DX12

Can´t start the game, it says my system don`t support dx12, but it does. Updated everything grafic card, windows, direct X all on the newest firmware. When i try to start with dx11 another error code appears. pls need some help

yup same issue with both dx12 and dx11

This error pops up either when your GPU is below the minimal requirements to run the Thaumaturge or when you PC is trying to run the game using your integrated graphics.

If you are sure that your GPU should run the game please Make sure the right GPU is set:

If you have integrated GPU in addition to your gaming GPU (which is the case in most laptops) please, check if the game is running using the right Graphic Card. Please, follow the steps HERE [www.microsoft.com]

well its true i have GTX 970 but for example dead space remake has the same requirements when it comes to GPU and im able to run it just fine
